Biography of Pastor Bill Foster, Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Pastor Bill is a graduate of Barton College (formerly Atlantic Christian College), Wilson, NC, 1991 and holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School, Lynchburg, VA, 2013. Since 1994 he has served God full time in many roles including Evangelist, Missionary, Pastor, Church Planter, U.S. Army Chaplain Assistant (Staff Sergeant E-6), and Bible Institute Instructor with the bulk of his ministry experience taking place in Colombia, South America where he trained hundreds of pastors and conducted city wide Gospel Crusades in 11 cities.
