Daniel 11:32b but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.
This 21-day fast is a special time to seek God together. As we come close to Rosh Hashanah — the biblical New Year — we believe this is a new season for God’s people. A time to return to Him, be refreshed by Him, and be ready for what He wants to do next.
This year, we are fasting and praying with three clear focuses:
• RETURN – Come back to your first love. Clean hands. Pure heart. No idols.
• RENEW – Let God fill you again through the Word, prayer, worship, and obedience.
• REPOSITION – Be ready to go where He sends you. To do greater works for His glory.
God is calling His Church to rise. Not just to survive, but to shine. Let’s fast, pray, and seek Him together. Alone we may grow weary, but together we will grow strong — because we know our God.
Let’s return. Be renewed. And be repositioned — for such a time as this!

*This guide is to help you ease into and out of fasting, especially if it’s your first time.
You can also fast from other distractions — like social media, entertainment, or anything that pulls your heart away from God. For seasoned intercessors, consider a 1–3 day full fast if the Lord leads you.
Let your fast be Spirit-led, sustainable, and focused on seeking Him.
